01 · the challenge

Minet Kenya, one of the region’s leading insurance brokers, was launching BiznaSure — an insurance product built for Kenya’s small and medium enterprises. The audience is the backbone of the economy: shopkeepers, salons, hardware stores, jua kali workshops. Most have never bought business insurance and many believe it isn’t for them — too complex, too costly, too corporate. The launch had to make BiznaSure feel simple, affordable and built for bizna — in the audience’s own language.

02 · the approach
launch positioning & creative Campaign creative that dropped the industry’s jargon for the language of the market — protection for the hustle, priced for the hustle.
digital-first media Social and search flights reaching SME owners where they already manage their businesses — on their phones.
education-led content Content that answered the real objections — what it covers, what it costs, what happens when things go wrong — before asking for the enquiry.
enquiry-driven conversion Every flight pointed at qualified enquiries for Minet’s sales team — the DBQ’s ‘generate sales’ test, applied to insurance.
