01 · the challenge

KickStart International designs and markets the MoneyMaker irrigation pumps that help smallholder farmers across Africa move from subsistence to commercial farming. Its audience is real people making a life-changing purchase decision — spread across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, on different platforms, in different languages, at different price sensitivities. The default approach — concentrate spend in Kenya — was leaving two markets underserved. KickStart needed genuine multi-market performance, at a cost per lead a social enterprise could sustain.

02 · the approach
tri-market media planning Budget allocated deliberately across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania — sized to opportunity, not habit — and rebalanced monthly on performance.
always-on social management Content and community operations across the estate — farmer stories, product education and seasonal moments that make irrigation tangible.
meta lead campaigns Lead-generation formats tuned per market and audience segment, with continuous creative testing against cost-per-lead targets.
transparent reporting Target versus actual, channel by channel, market by market, month after month — the accountability rhythm we run on every account.

Proof that deliberate multi-market allocation beats a Kenya-only default — and that performance discipline serves mission as well as margin .
