01 · the challenge

AfricaNenda is the pan-African institution working to bring 260 million financially excluded Africans into the digital economy by 2030. Its research — flagship among it the SIIPS report — commands a global, high-intent audience. But the website telling that story had a problem the institution could feel and not yet see: visitors arrived, downloaded, and left. Before rebuilding, AfricaNenda needed to know precisely why — and what the new platform had to do differently.

02 · the approach
12-month analytics audit A granular Google Analytics review of a year of behaviour — 39,012 new users, traffic sources, journeys, drop-offs and retention.
stakeholder surveys Internal and external surveys capturing what staff, partners and audiences actually need from the platform.
design-thinking workshop A working session with the management team, translating institutional strategy into digital requirements.
leadership session A dedicated engagement with leadership to align the platform’s ambition with the 2030 mission.
